SIZING
Please select the frame type you have and order the appropriate glass. The glass measurements we use are for our frames. For example: an A3 (with Mount) piece of glass will fit our A3 Frames with mount and will measure approximately 350mm x 472mm and will fit comfortably in one of our A3 with Mount frames (*The glass listed does not come with an additional mount).

Our Frames are Hand Made in Devon. We make every Frame to Order. So please allow between 3-5 working days before we dispatch.
ROYAL MAIL
We use good old Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for our postage. If you have ordered a few items, we will compile all items together for one delivery.
PACKAGING
We have listened to your feedback and have significantly changed the way we package our handmade frames. We now use strong postal boxes and utilise any recycled cardboard and other packaging materials to protect

RETURNS
We are sorry to tell you that any returns will be at your expense. We have found many solutions over the years to correct problems. It always helps us if you can get some photographs of any damages and / or explain your reasons. Please await our response to your email before returning an item back to us. Once we receive a returned item and have checked it over, we will process your refund. This may take 7-10 days. However, we do try our very best to speed it along as best as possible.
