Our Frames are Hand Made in Devon. We make every Frame to Order.
So please allow between 3-5 working days before we dispatch.

We use good old Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for our postage and package up your frames using wedges of strong recycled cardboard and waterproof clear wrap.

If you have ordered a few items, we will compile all items together for one delivery.

We are sorry to tell you that any returns will be at your expense. 
We have found many solutions over the years to correct problems. 
It always helps us if you can get some photographs of any damages and / or explain your reasons. Please await our response to your email before returning an item back to us.
Once we receive a returned item and have checked it over, we will process your refund.  This may take 7-10 days. However, we do try our very best to speed it along as best as possible.
