All of our mouldings are made from quality wooden stock from sustainable sources. The vibrant colours and finishes are produced using eco-friendly water based paint.

Each Corner of our frames are Double-Pinned with Metal Wedges for Extra Strength.
ACID FREE MOUNT
Essential when Protecting your framed items from Acid Stains. All our mounts are Acid Free, Age Resistant, Conservation Quality Boards.

CONSERVATION BACKING BOARD
All of our frames come with Conservation Backing Board which consists of a Moisture and Water Resistant external layer, Strong Breathable Core, and an inner Acid Free Barrier that sits against and Protects your artwork. Recommended for all levels of framing, that help to preserve your artwork.
FRONT GLAZE

Standard Plastic Glaze
A good option and does the job of showing off your framed collections perfectly.
It does not have any UV Protective qualities but is good option for most environments where you want a durable and safe glaze.

It has 70% UV Protection against fading and an anti-reflective coating that helps colours stay bright and vivid.

Our Frames are Hand Made in Devon. We make every Frame to Order. So please allow between 3-5 working days before we dispatch.
ROYAL MAIL
We use good old Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for our postage. If you have ordered a few items, we will compile all items together for one delivery.
PACKAGING
We have listened to your feedback and have significantly changed the way we package our handmade frames. We now use strong postal boxes and utilise any recycled cardboard and other packaging materials to protect

RETURNS
We are sorry to tell you that any returns will be at your expense. We have found many solutions over the years to correct problems. It always helps us if you can get some photographs of any damages and / or explain your reasons. Please await our response to your email before returning an item back to us. Once we receive a returned item and have checked it over, we will process your refund. This may take 7-10 days. However, we do try our very best to speed it along as best as possible.
